In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. daily from 9 June 2026 to 15 August 2026 (except public holidays), the section of San Tin Highway northbound between about chainage marker 35.3A and about chainage marker 31.7A will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour or 80 kilometres per hour.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
