ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON TAK HING STREET, JORDAN

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 22 June 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Tak Hing Street from its junction with Tak Shing Street to a point about 15 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the northern kerbside lane of Tak Shing Street from its junction with Tak Hing Street to a point about 5 metres west of the same junction.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be rescinded.
