In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 am to 6.00 am on 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 June and 12 July 2026, the flyover section of Tsuen Wan Road eastbound from a point about the lamp post number FC0348 to a point about the lamp post number FC0341 will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
