Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the cul-de-sac at the northern end of Hoi Fan Road will continue to be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 6.00 p.m. on 24 June 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 November 2026.

        Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.
