Motorists are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Hing Fong Road, Kwai Chung from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily during the period from 20 June to 15 October 2026 (except Sunday and Public Holidays):

(A) Temporary Traffic Arrangements

• Part of the right lane of Hing Fong Road westbound near Kwai Kin House will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
• All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn movement from Hing Fong Road westbound onto Wing Fong Road northbound.

(B) Traffic Conversion

• Affected vehicles on Hing Fong Road westbound heading for areas near Shing Fong Street will be diverted to travel via Hing Fong Road westbound, Kwai Fuk Road northbound, Hing Shing Road eastbound, Ko Fong Street southbound and Wing Fong Road eastbound.

        Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
