Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Tsui Lam Road, Tseung Kwan O


          Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on both north and south bounds of Tsui Lam Road, Tseung Kwan O on 4 and 11 October 2026 with the following time period:

Tsui Lam Road Northbound (From 1:00 am to 5:30 am)

A.     Lane Closure

    1. The section of Tsui Lam Road northbound from about 50 meters north of its junction with Po Lam Road North to a point about 105 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.;

    1. The first lane from the east side of Tsui Lam Bus Terminus will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Tsui Lam Road northbound heading for Tsui Lam will be diverted via the second lane from the east side of Tsui Lam Bus Terminus and Tsui Lam Road northbound.

Tsui Lam Road Southbound (From 1:30 am to 5:00 am)

A.     Lane Closure

The section of Tsui Lam Road southbound from its junction with Po Lam Road North to a point about 335 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Banning of Turning Movement

    1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn movement from the access road near Choi Lam House, Tsui Lam Estate onto Tsui Lam Road eastbound;

    1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn movement from the access road near The School of Continuing and Professional Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Tseung Kwan O Learning Centre) onto Tsui Lam Road eastbound;

    1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn movement from the access road near Hei King House, King Ming Court onto Tsui Lam Road eastbound;

    1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn movement from Tsui Lam Bus Terminus onto Tsui Lam Road eastbound; and

    1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn movement from Tsui Lam Square onto Tsui Lam Road eastbound.

C.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Tsui Lam Road eastbound heading for Po Lam will be diverted via Tsui Lam Road southbound, Po Lam Road eastbound and Po Lam Road North northbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
