Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations
(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 23 April 2010, the northern kerbside lane of Mei Wan Street from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Tsuen King Circuit to a point about 85 metres east of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) |
picking up or setting down passengers; or |
|
(b) |
loading or unloading goods. |
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone from 8.00 am to 10.00 am and from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily on the above road section will be rescinded.
