Traffic arrangements in To Kwa Wan

                 Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the following traffic arrangements will be implemented in To Kwa Wan from 10.00 a.m. on 1 December 2012:-

1. Kiang Su Street will be converted from two-way traffic to one-way westbound.
2. Vehicles on Maidstone Road will be banned from turning onto the section of Kiang Su Street between Maidstone Road and Ma Tau Wai Road.
3. Vehicles on Kau Pui Lung Road will be banned from turning onto Kiang Su Street.

                 Vehicles on Maidstone Road heading for Ma Tau Wai Road northbound will be diverted to travel via Kiang Su Street westbound, Kau Pui Lung Road northbound, Tin Kwong Road eastbound and Ma Tau Wai Road northbound.

                 Vehicles on Kau Pui Lung Road northbound heading for Ma Tau Wai Road northbound will be diverted to travel via Tin Kwong Road eastbound and Ma Tau Wai Road northbound.

                 Vehicles on Kau Pui Lung Road northbound heading for Maidstone Road southbound and Kiang Su Street will be diverted to travel via Lok Shan Road eastbound, Maidstone Road southbound and Kiang Su Street.

                 Vehicles on Kau Pui Lung Road southbound heading for Ma Tau Wai Road northbound and Kiang Su Street will be diverted to travel via Kau Pui Lung Road southbound, Chi Kiang Street eastbound, Ko Shan Road southbound, Kiang Hsi Street, Ma Tau Wai Road northbound and Kiang Su Street.

                 Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
