Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Kowloon Bay

     Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road works, with effect from 9.00 pm to 5.30 am on the following day during the period between 23 May 2013 and 30 May 2013, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be temporarily implemented in Kowloon Bay:-

I     Traffic Arrangement

1. Kai Wah Street and the section of Kai Shing Street between Kai Shun Road and Kai Wah Street will be temporarily closed.
2. The section of Kai Shun Road between Wang Kwong Road and Kai Shing Street will be temporarily converted into two-way traffic.
3. Affected vehicles will be diverted via Kai Cheung Road eastbound and Wang Kwong Road northbound or via Kai Cheung Road eastbound, Wang Chiu Road northbound, Kai Lai Road westbound and Wang Kwong Road southbound.

II     Transport Arrangement

     KMB Route Nos. 13X (Po Tat Bound) and 224X (Kai Yip Bound) will be diverted via Kai Cheung Road eastbound and Wang Kwong Road northbound, and then resume their normal routeings. The bus stop at Kai Wah Street will be temporarily suspended and relocated to Wang Kwong Road outside Skyline Tower.

     Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
