Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 22 April 2014 to 6.00 pm on 31 May 2014, the western kerbside lane of Hoi Kok Street from a point about 35 metres northeast of its junction with Hoi Hing Road to a point about 85 metres northeast of the same junction will be designated as a temporary restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
