Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 25 April 2014, the following road sections in Chuen Lung Street and San Tsuen Street will be designated restricted zones:
(a) the western kerbside lane of Chuen Lung Street from its junction with San Tsuen Street to a point about 5 metres southwest of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily;
(b) the southern kerbside lane of San Tsuen Street from its junction with Chuen Lung Street to a point about 5 metres northwest of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily; and
(c) the eastern kerbside lane of Chuen Lung Street from a point about 45 metres northeast of its junction with Ho Pui Street to a point about 65 metres northeast of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
