Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 August 2014, the southern kerbside lane of Hoi Pa Street from a point about 15 metres northwest of its junction with Kai Hong Close to a point about 120 metres northwest of the same junction will be designated restricted zone for public light buses from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone for public light buses in Hoi Pa Street will be rescinded.
