Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 22 August 2014, the southern kerbside lane of Hoi Shing Road from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Hoi Kok Street to a point about 195 metres west of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 8.00 am to 10.00 am and from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
