Temporary Traffic Arrangement at Kai Tak Tunnel
Motorists are advised that to facilitate urgent road works, Kai Tak Tunnel's westbound fast lane will be closed to all vehicular traffic from about 12.00 a.m. to about 9.00 a.m. on 28 September 2014, and traffic on the slow lane will be maintained. Its westbound slow lane will be closed to all vehicular traffic from about 12.00 a.m. to about 9.00 a.m. on 5 October 2014, and traffic on the fast lane will be maintained. The slip road of this tunnel eastbound leading to Sung Wong Toi Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic from about 10.00 a.m. to about 7.00 p.m. on 5 and 12 October 2014. Vehicles on East Kowloon Way eastbound heading for Sung Wong Toi Road shall be diverted via Kowloon City Road.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
