Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the following road sections of Tsuen Wah Street will be temporarily designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:-
(i) the western kerbside lane of Tsuen Wah Street from its junction with Tsuen Kwai Street to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily with effect from 9.00am on 27 April 2015 to 8.00am on 4 May 2015; and
(ii) the eastern kerbside lane of Tsuen Wah Street from its junction with Tsuen Kwai Street to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily with effect from 9.00am on 4 May 2015 to 8.00am on 11 May 2015.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
