Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 11 May 2015 to 6.00 pm on 5 June 2015, both kerbside lanes of Tsuen Kwai Street from a point about 7 metres north of its junction with Tsuen Fu Street to a point about 53 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
