Temporary Restricted Zones in Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 6 July 2015 to 7.00 pm on 25 July 2015, both kerbside lanes of Hoi Shing Road from a point about 65 metres west of its junction with Hoi Kok Street to a point about 115 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 7.00am to 7.00pm daily.

Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
