Trial for re-routeing of N.T. GMB
Route No. 77A (Tin Shui Wai North (Grandeur Terrace) – Pok Oi Hospital) and
Route No. 77 (Tin Shui Wai – Lok Ma Chau (San Tin) Public Transport Interchange)
Members of the public are advised that with effect from 4 October 2015, the route no. 77A will omit Tin Shui Wai south and the supplementary route no. 77B of route 77 will extend to Pok Oi Hospital daily, for a trial period of three months. The adjustment details during the aforesaid period are as follows:
(i) Route No. 77A:
Tin Shui Wai North (Grandeur Terrace) to Pok Oi Hospital:
via access road to Grandeur Terrace, Tin Shui Road, Tin Sau Road, Tin Kwai Road, Tin Lung Road, Tin Shing Road, Tin Cheung Road, Tin Tsz Road, Long Tin Road, Long Ping Road, access road to Long Ping Estate, Long Ping Road, Fung Chi Road, Ping Wui Street, Yuen Long On Ning Road, Yuen Long Tai Hang Street, Yuen Long Tung Tai Street, Yuen Long On Lok Road, Long Yip Street, Long Yat Road, Yuen Long Station (North) Public Transport Interchange, Long Yat Road, Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long), Pok Oi Interchange and access road to Pok Oi Hospital.
Pok Oi Hospital to Tin Shui Wai North (Grandeur Terrace):
via access road to Pok Oi Hospital, Pok Oi Interchange, Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long), Yuen Long On Lok Road, Tai Kiu Road, Yuen Long On Ning Road, Ma Miu Road, Wang Tat Road, Fung Chi Road, Long Ping Road, access road to Long Ping Estate, Long Ping Road, Long Tin Road, Tin Tsz Road, Tin Cheung Road, Tin Shing Road, Tin Lung Road, Tin Kwai Road, Tin Sau Road, Tin Shui Road and access road to Grandeur Terrace.
The operating period, frequency and fare will remain unchanged.
(ii) Route No. 77B:
Tin Shui Wai Town Centre to Pok Oi Hospital:
via Ka Yan Street, Tin Yan Road, Tin Shing Road, Tin Wah Road, Tin Shui Road, Tin Wu Road, access road to Tin Yiu Estate, Tin Yiu Road, Tin Fuk Road, Long Tin Road, Long Ping Road, access road to Long Ping Estate, Long Ping Road, Fung Chi Road, Ping Wui Street, Yuen Long On Ning Road, Ma Miu Road, Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long), Long Yat Road, Yuen Long Station (North) Public Transport Interchange, Long Yat Road, Sun Yuen Long Centre, Long Yat Road, Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long), Pok Oi Interchange and access road to Pok Oi Hospital.
Pok Oi Hospital to Tin Shui Wai Town Centre:
via access road to Pok Oi Hospital, Pok Oi Interchange, Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long), Kik Yeung Road, Yuen Long On Ning Road, Ma Miu Road, Wang Tat Road, Fung Chi Road, Long Ping Road, access road to Long Ping Estate, Long Ping Road, Long Tin Road, Tin Fuk Road, Tin Yiu Road, Tin Wu Road, Tin Shui Road, Tin Wah Road, Tin Shing Road, Tin Yan Road and Ka Yan Street.
It will operate from 6.30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. daily at a headway of 6-12 minutes for journeys to Pok Oi Hospital. Route no. 77B will terminate at Sun Yuen Long Centre after 9.00 p.m.
The fare table will be composed of a full fare of $7.2 and a section fare of $5.5 (Tin Shui Wai Town Centre to Sun Yuen Long Centre / YOHO Midtown to Tin Shui Wai Centre) per single journey.
Advance notices will be displayed by the GMB operator at the concerned GMB stops and inside vehicle compartments to inform passengers of the above arrangements.
