Temporary Traffic Arrangements in To Kwa Wan

    Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in To Kwa Wan from 10.00 a.m. on 1 November 2015 to 26 June 2016:

(a) the section of Lok Shan Road between Ma Tau Wai Road and Maidstone Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic;

(b) the left turn movements for all vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length from Maidstone Road southbound onto Kiang Su Street will be temporarily banned. Affected vehicles are advised to travel via Kiang Su Street westbound, Kau Pui Lung Road northbound, Tin Kwong Road eastbound and Ma Tau Wai Road southbound; and

(c) the right turn movements for all vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length from Maidstone Road northbound onto Kiang Su Street will be temporarily banned. Affected vehicles are advised to travel via Kiang Su Street westbound, Kau Pui Lung Road northbound, Tin Kwong Road eastbound and Ma Tau Wai Road southbound.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
