Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 16 November 2015 to 6.00 pm on 8 December 2015, the following road sections in Tsuen Wan will be temporarily designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) the western kerbside lane of Chung On Street from a point about 11 metres south of its junction with Hoi Pa Street to a point about 53 metres south of the same junction; and
(b) the eastern kerbside lane of Chung On Street from a point about 11 metres south of its junction with Hoi Pa Street to a point about 54 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
