Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 20 November 2015 to 6.00 am on 19 February 2016, the southern kerbside lane of Wang Wo Tsai Street from a point about 65 metres east of its junction with Kwu Hang Road to a point about 151 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily designated restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
