Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 15 August 2016 to 6:00 p.m. on 20 September 2016, the following road sections in Tsuen Kwai Street will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) the western kerbside lane of Tsuen Kwai Street from a point about 9 meters north from its junction with Tsuen Fu Street to a point about 55 meters north of the same junction.
(b) the eastern kerbside lane of Tsuen Kwai Street from a point about 19 meters north from its junction with Tsuen Fu Street to a point about 54 meters north of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, are prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
