Temporary Traffic Arrangements in To Kwa Wan

     Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in To Kwa Wan from 21 August 2016 to 17 December 2016:

     (a) the section of Kiang Su Road between Ma Tau Wai Road and Maidstone Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
     (b) the left turn movements for all vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length from Maidstone Road (southbound) onto Lok Shan Road will be temporarily banned. Affected vehicles are advised to travel via Kiang Su Street (westbound), Kau Pui Lung Road (northbound), Tin Kwong Road (eastbound) and Ma Tau Wai Road (southbound).

     Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
