Temporary banning of left turn movements in To Kwa Wan

     Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the left turn movements for all vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length from Kowloon City Road (northbound) onto Lok Shan Road (westbound) and from Lok Shan Road (eastbound) onto Kowloon City Road (northbound) will be temporarily banned from 10.00 a.m. on 29 August 2016 to 17 October 2016.

     During the above period, affected vehicles are advised to travel via Sheung Heung Road (westbound) and Pau Chung Street (southbound).

     Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
