Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 26 September 2016 to 6:00 p.m. on 13 December 2016, the following road sections in Tsuen Wan will be temporarily designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) The northern kerbside lane of Shiu Wo Street from a point about 6 metres east of its junction with Chung On Street to a point about 37 meters east of the same junction; and
(b) The southern kerbside lane of Shiu Wo Street from a point about 6 metres east of its junction with Chung On Street to a point about 26 meters east of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) Picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) Loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
