Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 4 October 2016, both kerbside lanes of Tsuen Kwai Street from its junction with Tsuen Wah Street to a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Tsuen Fu Street will be designated restricted zones 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be rescinded.
