Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 2 December 2016, the following road sections will be designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) Both kerbside lanes of the unnamed access road to L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre from its junction with Yeung Uk Road to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction; and
(b) The southern kerbside lane of Yeung Uk Road from its junction with the unnamed access road to L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre to a point about 5 metres east of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses at designated bus stops and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
