Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 19 June 2017 to 6.00 pm on 19 September, the following road sections will be temporarily designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) Both kerbside lanes of Shek Wai Kok Road from its junction with Shek On Street to a point about 80 metres east of the same junction;
(b) The eastern kerbside lane of Shek On Street from its junction with Shek Wai Kok Road to a point about 5 metres north of the same junction; and
(c) The eastern kerbside lane of Shek On Street from its junction with Shek Wai Kok Road to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except public light buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
