Temporary Closure of Kai San Road northbound, Kowloon City

        Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road works, Kai San Road northbound will be temporarily closed to all traffic from 1:15 am to 5:15 am daily, except Sundays and public holidays, from 4 April 2018 to 3 May 2018.

        Affected vehicles heading for San Po Kong will be diverted via Concorde Road eastbound, the eastern roundabout (Concorde Road), the unnamed road linking Prince Edward Road East westbound and the eastern roundabout (Concorde Road), Prince Edward Road East westbound, Kowloon City Interchange, Prince Edward Road East eastbound and the temporary road leading to Sze Mei Street roundabout.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
