Temporary Traffic arrangements on Farm Road and Ma Tau Wai Road, To Kwa Wan

     Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the following traffic arrangements will be temporary implemented in To Kwa Wan from 17 April 2018 to 16 September 2018:

     1. Farm Road will be converted from one-way westbound to one-way eastbound.
     2. Vehicles from Ma Tau Wai Road northbound will be banned from making left turn onto Farm Road.

     Vehicles from Ma Tau Wai Road northbound heading for Farm Road are advised to diverted to travel via:

     1. Ma Tau Wai Road northbound, Ma Tau Chung Road northbound, Fu Ning Street northbound, Argyle Street westbound, Tin Kwong Road southbound and Farm Road; 
     2. Chi Kiang Street westbound, Kau Pui Lung Road northbound, Tin Kwong Road westbound and Farm Road.

     Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
