Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the cul-de-sac at the northern end of Hoi Fan Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 11.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023 to 6.00 p.m. on 28 June 2024.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
