TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Tung Yuen Street, Yau Tong
Motorists are advised that to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Yau Tong from 10.00 am on 21 March 2024 to 6.00 pm on 11 April 2024.
(1) Lane Closure
The slow lane of Tung Yuen Street northbound from a point about 25 metres south of its junction with Shung Tak Wai to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
(2) Relocation of Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces
The goods vehicle parking spaces daily from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am of the following day on the eastern kerbside of Tung Yuen Street from a point about 15 metres south of its junction with Shung Tak Wai to a point about 60 metres south of the same junction will be relocated to the following locations:
(a) The northern kerbside lane of Sze Shan Street from a point about 80 metres west of its junction with Shung Shun Street to a point about 90 metres west of the same junction;
(b) The western kerbside lane of Shung Shun Street from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Yan Yue Wai to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction; and
(c) The southern kerbside lane of Sze Shan Street from a point about 10 metres west of its eastern junction with Shung Yiu Street to a point about 55 metres west of the same junction.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
