Parking Meter User Satisfaction Survey

Transport Department and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department will jointly conduct a Parking Meter User Satisfaction Survey during the period from 9 to 16 November 2008.  The objectives of the survey are to find out the users' satisfaction towards the existing parking meter system and their views on area of improvement. 

Some metered parking spaces located in Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Sham Shui Po, Hung Hom, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon City, Tsz Wan Shan, Sheung Shui, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Sai Kung have been sampled for conducing the survey.  Parking meter users will be selected at random for the interview.  All information collected from the survey will be kept strictly confidential.
