Kowloon Canton Railway (KCR)
The KCR is a railway comprising of East Rail, Ma On Shan Rail, West Rail and Light Rail. See Figure 2 for the route map.

Kowloon-Canton Railway (Light Rail)
The Light Rail is an advanced 'tramway' type service operating with 68 stops at road level in the North West New Territories (see figure 3). The following facilities are provided for passengers with disabilities:
Passengers with walking difficulty
Ramps are provided at all stations. Reserved wheelchair parking spaces are provided inside all the vehicles.

Passengers with visual impairment
Public announcement and LED display of next station are provided inside all the vehicles. Announcement of route numbers and destinations are made to passenger inside the vehicles. Grab poles in contrasting colour are provided inside the compartment. Yellow lines are painted at platforms. Braille plates are attached to all platform card processors and Add Value Machines places on platforms.

Passengers with hearing impairment
Induction loops and information cards are provided to all Customer Service Centres for passengers with hearing impairment to communicate with company staff.
