CONDITIONS OF USE
- Same-day queue tickets are distributed in the morning (from 9:00 a.m.) and afternoon (from 2:00 p.m.) of each working day.
- Tickets issued before 2:00 p.m. are only valid before 2:00 p.m. of the same day. Tickets issued from 2:00 p.m. are only valid before 5:00 p.m. of the same day. Expired tickets will be void.
- Queuers must be the counter service users. Each person can take one queue ticket only. The ticket is NOT transferable to another person. Possessing more than one ticket at a time would contravene the conditions of use and render all tickets void. No replacement ticket will be issued in case of the loss or inaccurate information entered.
- Our staff may ask queuers to present their original identification documents for verification and record purposes. If queuers are unable to provide these documents, or if they have entered incorrect information, or if they have already been issued a ticket, no ticket will be issued.
- To be eligible for using counter services with the queue ticket, the ID numbers of the counter service user and all applicants* must be the same as the ID numbers printed on the ticket. If the ID numbers of the counter service user and/ or any applicant* do not match the ID numbers printed on the queue ticket, the relevant application(s) will not be processed and no replacement tickets will be issued.
- User must produce the queue ticket to the counter staff when using counter services.
- Each counter service user may submit up to 5 application forms with the ticket.
- Latecomers with a valid ticket shall follow the instructions of staff to join the queue.
- The distribution of tickets may be adjusted under certain circumstances. The on-site arrangement shall prevail.
* Only applicable to Direct issue of Hong Kong Full Driving Licence / Temporary Driving Licence same-day queue tickets.
