CONDITIONS OF USE
  1. Same-day queue tickets are distributed in the morning (from 9:00 a.m.) and afternoon (from 2:00 p.m.) of each working day.
  2. Tickets issued before 2:00 p.m. are only valid before 2:00 p.m. of the same day. Tickets issued from 2:00 p.m. are only valid before 5:00 p.m. of the same day. Expired tickets will be void.
  3. Each person can take one queue ticket only. The ticket is NOT transferable to another person. Possessing more than one ticket at a time would contravene the conditions of use and render all tickets void.
  4. To be eligible for using counter services with the queue ticket, the ID number of the counter service user must be the same as the ID number printed on the ticket.
  5. User must produce the queue ticket to the counter staff when using counter services.
  6. Each counter service user may submit up to 5 application forms with the ticket.
  7. Latecomers with a valid ticket shall follow the instructions of staff to join the queue.
  8. The distribution of tickets may be adjusted under certain circumstances. The on-site arrangement shall prevail.​
