and</li> <li>the eastern kerbside lane of Shek Kok Road from the roundabout of Shek Kok Road to a point about 60 metres south of the same roundabout.</li> </ol> </li> </ol>           Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:- <ol> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha;"> <li>picking up or setting down passengers;
