Invitation to Applications for Quotas of Cross-Boundary Coach Services travelling via Man Kam To Control Point
Notice is hereby given that, starting from 10 June 2014 (Tuesday), the Hong Kong and Mainland authorities invite applications from eligible operators for quotas of cross-boundary coach services travelling via Man Kam To Control Point. Applications shall be made by completing the application form provided by the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (“TD of HKSARG”), which may be downloaded from the website of TD of HKSARG (www.td.gov.hk), or obtained from the Transport Operations (New Territories) Division of TD of HKSARG during office hours by prior arrangement.
2. Applications shall be submitted in the name of the joint venture companies to both the Transport Operations (New Territories) Division of TD of HKSARG at 7/F., Mongkok Government Offices, 30 Luen Wan Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong and the Land and Air Ports Administration Division of the Office of Port Administration, the People’s Government of Guangdong Province at Room 917, 351 Tianhe Road, Guangzhou [Postal Code 510620]. Any application which has not submitted to both Hong Kong and Mainland authorities will not be considered. The closing time and date for applications is 5:00 pm, 10 July 2014 (Thursday). Applications must be lodged in person or by post. Date on postmark shall not be later than the closing date. Applications submitted by any other means or late applications will not be considered.
