ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
DESIGNATION OF EXPRESSWAYS UNDER SECTION 123
In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 123(1) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, (Cap. 374), I hereby revoke, with effect from 3 December 2010, the designation as an expressway of each of the roads and the unleased Government land immediately adjacent thereto notified in G.N. 7927 published on 18 December 2009 and hereby designate, with effect from 3 December 2010, each of the roads listed in the left hand column below and the unleased Government land immediately adjacent thereto as an expressway.
The boundaries of these expressways determined by me under section 123(2) are delineated in the plans prepared and signed by the Director of Lands and deposited in the Land Registry. The date and number of each of the plans are shown in the right hand column below in relation to the relevant expressway.
