ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Prohibited Zone for vehicles

exceeding 7 metres in length in HILLIER STREET, SHEUNG WAN

                 In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 4 July 2011, the section of Hillier Street south of Jervois Street will be designated a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length.

                 Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length into this prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

                 The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
