Temporary Traffic Arrangement in Shek Pai Street, Kwai Chung

         Motorists are advised that to facilitate footbridge construction works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Shek Pai Street from 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 29 and 30 May 2012:

A.    Road closure 

 

 

Section of Shek Pai Street eastbound between Tai Pak Tin Street and On Chuk Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

 

B.    Traffic diversion

 

       (i) All vehicles in On Chit Lane southbound will be temporarily banned from turning left onto Shek Pai Street eastbound

 

Affected motorists heading for Shek Pai Street will be diverted to travel via Tai Pak Tin Street southbound, Shek Li Street eastbound and On Chuk Street northbound.

 

(ii) All vehicles in Tai Pak Tin Street eastbound will be temporarily banned from going straight onto Shek Pai Street eastbound

 

Affected motorists heading for Shek Pai Street will be diverted to travel via Tai Pak Tin Street southbound, Shek Li Street eastbound and On Chuk Street northbound.

 

        Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
