Designation of Bus Lane in Siu Lam, Tuen Mun

        Members of public are advised that with effect from 7.30 am on 1 September 2012, an unnamed slip road in Siu Lam leading from Castle Peak Road (Tai Lam) to Tuen Mun Road (Tsuen Wan bound) from its junction with Tuen Mun Road to a point about 66 metres north of the same junction will be designated as bus lane from 7.30 am to 9.00 am daily, except Sundays and Public Holidays.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from entering the bus lane.

        At the same time, the existing bus lanes on Castle Peak Road (Tai Lam) will be rescinded. 

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on site to guide motorists.
