Road Traffic Ordinance (Chapter 374)
Speed Limits For The Vehicles Of The North-West Railway In Tuen Mun and Yuen Long
In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(c) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 21 December 2012, the vehicles of the North-west Railway travelling on the junctions listed in the first column and in the directions indicated in the second column are subject to the respective speed limits stipulated in the third column of the schedule below.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide the drivers of vehicles of the North-west Railway.
