Amalgamation of KMB Route Nos. 82M (Kwong Yuen – Kowloon Tong Station)
and 85A (Yu Chui Court – Kowloon City Ferry)
Members of public are advised that with effect from 24 August 2013 (Saturday), KMB will implement the proposed amalgamation of route nos. 82M and 85A. Details are as follows:-
(A) KMB route no. 82M
KMB route no. 82M will cease its service with effect from 24 August 2013.
Passengers for Kowloon Tong Station may choose route 85A and alight at the en-route stop of Junction Road outside Kam Shing Road Recreation Ground. Passengers using Octopus cards may also choose to interchange route 281M (Sun Tin Wai - Kowloon Tong Station) for free at the en-route of Lion Rock Tunnel Toll Plaza.
(B) KMB route no. 82S
The service of KMB route no. 82S (Kwong Yuen to Kowloon Tong Station) will remain unchanged and continue to operate between 7.15 am and 8.18 am at frequency of 20 minutes.
(C) KMB route no. 85A
The terminal point of KMB route no. 85A will be relocated from Yu Chui Court Public Transport Interchange to Kwong Yuen Bus Terminus. KMB route no. 85A from Kwong Yuen Bus Terminus will be re-routed via Siu Lek Yuen Road, Kwong Sin Street and then resume to the existing routeing. The following new bus stops will be provided as follows:-

- Kwong Yuen Bus Terminus
- Siu Lek Yuen Road outside Cypress House Kwong Yuen Estate
- Kwong Sin Street near Banyan House Kwong Yuen Estate
- Kwong Sin Street near Hang Seng Management College
- Ngau Pei Sha Street near Ngau Pei Sha New Village
- Ngau Pei Sha Street outside Yu Chui Court
- Lion Rock Tunnel Toll Plaza
From Kowloon City Ferry
- Chap Wai Kon Street near City One Station
- Ngau Pei Sha Street opposite Yu Chui Court
- Ngau Pei Sha Street opposite Ngau Pei Sha New Village
- Kwong Sin Street opposite Hang Seng Management College
- Kwong Sin Street opposite Banyan House Kwong Yuen Estate
- Siu Lek Yuen Road opposite Cypress House Kwong Yuen Estate
- Kwong Yuen Bus Terminus
Notices will be displayed by KMB at bus termini and en-route bus stops to advise passengers of the above service adjustments.
