TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE 

Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Happy Valley

 

Notice is hereby given that to facilitate gas pipe work, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 10.01 am on 1 August 2016 to 6.00 pm on 26 August 2016 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays):

 

 

I.         Road Closures

 

The following roads will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

 

(i)    The section of Broadwood Road eastbound between Wong Nai Chung Road and Ventris Road; and

(ii)   The eastern kerbside lane of Wong Nai Chung Road southbound from its junction with Broadwood Road to a point about 40 metres north of the same junction.

 

II.        Banning of Turning Movement

 

All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Wong Nai Chung Road southbound onto Broadwood Road.

 

III.       Traffic Diversion

 

Affected vehicles on Wong Nai Chung Road southbound heading for Link Road via Broadwood Road will be diverted via Blue Pool Road southbound and Ventris Road northbound.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
