ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Extension of Temporary Restricted Zone in Wong Tai Sin

     In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018, the northern kerbside lane of the unnamed access road between Choi Hung Road and Yin Hing Street (excluding the lay-by) will continue to be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

     Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers, or

(b) loading or unloading goods.

     The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
