ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CAP.374 SUB. LEG. G)

Temporary Learner Drivers Prohibited Zones on Hoi Wang Road, Yau Ma Tei

     In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Cap. 374 Sub. Leg. G), I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 17 June 2018 to 30 September 2018, the section of Hoi Wang Road southbound between Yan Cheung Road and Jordan Road will be temporarily designated as learner drivers prohibited zones 24 hours daily.

     Learner drivers, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into the prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

     The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
