ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Public Light Bus Prohibited Zone on Shing Kai Road, Kowloon City

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 2.00 pm on 25 July 2018, the section of Shing Kai Road between Sung Wong Toi Road and Muk On Street will be designated as a public light bus prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all public light buses, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any public light buses into the above prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
