ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Extension of Temporary Restricted Zone in Fat Tseung Street, Cheung Sha Wan

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1 September 2018 to 31 October 2018, the section of Fat Tseung Street from a point about 20 metres north of its junction with Fortune Street to a point about 70 metres north of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 24 hours daily.

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings. 

　　At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
