(CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)

Extension of Temporary Learner Drivers Prohibited Zone on Farm Road, To Kwa Wan

     In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 17 September 2018 to 16 March 2019, Farm Road will continue to be temporarily designated a learner drivers prohibited zone from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm daily (except Sundays and public holidays).

     Learner drivers, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any motor vehicle into the above prohibited zone.

     The extent of the prohibited zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

     At the same time, the existing prohibited zone on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
