ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)
Prohibited Zone of Bus Car Park on Hoi Wang Road, Yau Ma Tei
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 am on 23 September 2018, the bus car park on Hoi Wang Road will be designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily.
Drivers of all motor vehicles, except buses or those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into this bus car park 24 hours daily. The exact boundary of the bus car park is delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.
